ICON is Selected as one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2019

Greenwich, Conn., January 10, 2019 – ICON International, Inc., a specialty finance company engaged in corporate barter with a focus on advertising and media buying, was recognized by Ad Age as a 2019 Best Places to Work.

Ad Age partnered with Latitude Research to survey any agency, ad tech, media company or brand marketing division that has been in business for more than one year and has 10 or more full-time employees. They considered the usual factors such as benefits, health insurance and PTO and dove deeper to consider overall company culture, percentage of female employees, etc.

This is the first time ICON has received recognition from Ad Age in this category. In addition to this award, ICON has been recognized as a Top Workplaces in CT for eight consecutive years. These rankings echo the importance of a strong employee culture at ICON with an emphasis of true work-life balance.
